First...I am sorry that this happened to a young child. Abuse happens at any age. Abuse can come from anyone...parents, care-takers, friends-anyone! The system failed this child, as it has done to many others. Her father was protecting his (our) beloved country...who was protecting his daughter whom he loved with all his heart

I know. I'm sorry. I didn't mean to make you sad or to make you cry (I sat here and cried my butt off when another LJ friend posted this a week or so ago). I just wanted to remind everyone of this precious angel. *sniff*
