Prosciutto
Proper lattes 
Proper tea
Smoked salmon
Salami

Hmm...I thought the list would be longer.  I've felt so deprived all these months!

Doesn't the limitation on caffeine intake and spicy things continue even after the baby is born if you're feeding the baby breast milk? There's also alcohol too.
