Life Update time

Brian and I no longer have a closing date for our house. We did have August 25th. We were approved by our loan rep. The underwriter declined us at the last minute. The loan rep was floored and pissed off. So we are back at square one yet again. We have like 3 other banks/mortgage companies looking at our loan and should hear ( Read more... )

Last night my nephew Gabe was over here and him and Brian and I took a walk. This little boy is 3 years old and constantly says the funniest things. So it is a damn good thing that I got to work early today. I got here at 5:45 am and don't have to be here til 6. After much hassle with the loan company, and at the last minute getting rejected and having to search out a new bank to take us on, we finally got approved for our loan!!!!!!!!!!!!! We are tentatively looking at closing/moving the weekend of August 25th. The lady at the bank wanted to close labor day weekend, but can't do that/won't do that. Dave ( Read more... )

Yep, I'm up at the butt crack of dawn working again. Ugh! I am just not a morning person at all! I think it has to do with the fact that when my sisters and I were growing up, my parents always made us get up early. We were seriously NEVER allowed to sleep in.
