Oh dear God, that sounds fucking awful. Maybe stay in the living room for tonight? Sleep on the couch? I have no advice but I know how you feel... I have an extreme phobia of centipedes and my parents live up in the mountains so I have these horrible memories sprinkled throughout my childhood of run-ins with them. o_O
