I've nearly given up on trying to reason with myself. No matter which direction my heart decides to go in, my mind is there to stop it, and force it to turn around. Or it could be just the opposite. If there was one thing I could change about myself (even though I don't think I would) it would be to better convey my thoughts clearly so that you or anyone else could better understand what I'm trying to get across when I say, well, anything. I've noticed that sometimes when I make a comment about a thought of yours or a decision that you've made you seem to think I'm just nay-saying or wonder why I don't automatically take your side in certain situations. I just want you to know that I'm not putting you down or opposing your decisions. At all. As I told you before in the parking lot at school, I just want you to see things from another person's perspective. Look at yourself from the outside. Think of all the possibilities of your actions. I know you won't always have much time to think before you act because sometimes you just have to think fast. But practicing contemplating different possible solutions with different possible reactions will assist you in learning more positive ways of doing things, and ultimately more positive ( ... )
