So I have about $200 worth of gift certificates to burn for Sephora..

and I'm wondering everyone's recommendations for:

Super good mascara?
good foundation (do any of you use primer--is it worth buying?)

etc... beauty tips girls, beauty tips.

My one solid gold thing-must be in my bag is Philosophy's lip gloss of Melon Martini--fabulous.

I've never shopped there because it's in the "rich mall" here by me where you're afraid to wear jeans because you'll look out of place. But one of the girls that used to work with me used that Bare Escentals or however you spell that stuff - powder foundation. They have infomercials on tv for it where you're not supposed to have to use concealer and foundation and powder and all that stuff. She got it there though rather than ordering it from tv.

Girl, you need Jenny for this one! I wear make-up, but I'm so far from being a make-up aficionado (sp?) it's not even funny!

Also, (gasp!), I wear Mary Kay make-up, which you can't get at Sephora. I used to think MK was a joke, and then a friend talked me into trying some. Their foundation is the only one I've ever used that doesn't mess my skin up, AND it doesn't look like I've got foundation on.

In fact - I said something about needing more not too long ago and Mike said, "I didn't think you wore foundation." I've been wearing MK foundation since 2000!

Good luck spending that money though - sounds fun! I'd probably blow it all on lipgloss and lipstick - two of my most favorite things in the world!
