2013 Resolutions/Goals

I know I never post in here anymore, but I wanted to put some things down for 2013 just so I have a record of it somewhere.

Running
Improve upon my 17:59.69 5k from before my 2011 achilles injury
Go sub-37 at the Thanksgiving 10k
Keep up with my strengthening exercises so I don't injure myself again
