A Week in The Coffee Room

So, in case anyone is interested, I’m going to reflect on my week break of the stresses Fourteen Minutes gave me.

I feel like that story is my own personal Operation Vestal (In The Woods reference -I have to write an essay about it by Monday and I reread it… remembering how much I loved the story). I felt like I had shunned most of my readers ( Read more... )

Oh gosh - this is so exciting. I can't actually fathom the fact that you MAY be posting a sequel to TCE! I'm getting all jittery and giddy at the mere thought of it :D And I love love love that you're getting to write your favourite versions of Troy and Gabriella. I mean, I fell in love with Troy in TCE; he was just so damn incredible. And I love that even though Gabriella is amazing in all of your stories, in TCE, she's less...innocent, if that's the right word to use ( ... )

I'm not going to be sneaky and be like "well maybe...", but it is a fairly good possibility that it will be posted. Like I said I'm not promising anything, but there's a very good chance. It's a pretty large chunk of my heart that I might want to share again, but we'll see. I'll make my desicion on said date ;)

Thanks for your support!

I'm really glad that you're writing it for you. It's not for us, the fact that you dont know if youll post tells us that, and writing for you is what its all about. I was watching Criminal Minds last night because I had a downloaded episode on my laptop for the plane, and I heard the quote I always use when Im sketchy about what Im writing.

"Better to write for yourself and have no public than to write for the public and have no self" -Cyril Connelly.

It's the perfect quote for all of us who live by writing update to update and have to deal with an audience that has the possibility to influence a decision.

Im so happy you've found something that makes writing fun again.

That quote just about sums up perfection.

And thank you, I'm glad I've found something as well.
