Let me know if there's anything I/LJ people can do to help you guys out at all. I... don't know what that would be, but I wanted to put the offer out in case there is. :)
We don't even know at this point what we might need, but seriously, thanks. And if we can take you up on your offer, I think at the moment, we are really not refusing help. We've spent crazy money in the past 3 days (I think we're nearing a grand at the moment). But the city is setting up relief stuff, it's just that it takes them a while to really get it going, so at the moment, it's kind of. Interesting.
And bonus, I'm only four hours from you and have three weeks off coming up shortly, so driving big items to you is a fabulous excuse for me to see Toronto again. =)
(Weird thing to say, I know, but I thought of it because you need a bike and my mother has, like, 4687216 of them.)
So I was reading Canadian online news site and one of the articles mentioned 900 people were homeless because of the explosion. Was that your building? whoa. I can't believe all the most unthinkable events keep happening to us. *clings* *makes voodoo rite to banish bad luck for good*
I'm happy you, Addie and the pets are ok. YaY for emphatic pets, new clean clothes and for getting out of a sticky spot once again. *huggles* <33333. Is there anything we can do?
