ok i just read about this 10 yr old girl who killed a 10 year old boy by strangulation. she also killed a 3 year old boy by pushing him off a balcony. english authorities eventually decided to put her in an all boys juvenile facility. i would have probably thrown her out of a window. yeah. thats justice.
