Note to self: learn to cook as well as Hermione does. Mind, I can knock something up if the need arises, but I'm hardly as adept with spices for a start.

At any rate, it really was lovely. Thanks again, Hermione.

It always seemed odd to me -- and nice, mind -- that your mum never put you in the kitchen and forced you to learn the spell for peeling potatoes or getting pots to scrub themselves, but maybe she was too busy making sure the twins didn't destroy the burrow?

That could be it. Fred and George always were a handful.

I've heard Eloise is a great cook but I think she's a bit too advanced for a takeaway master like myself. Hermione said she'd show me a thing or two, though, if you want to join in.

Might as well. I reckon it might come in handy. Although takeaway does too, now I come to think of it.

Now I'm embarrassed.

No reason to be. If anything I should be embarrassed at not having cooking skills like yours.

I just follow the cookbook, so you were lucky the recipes were all right.

Which cookbook? Perhaps I should pick it up.
