Pretty much posting this to say that holy crap, I love Criminal Minds. Just finished Amplification (4x24) and pretty much thought it was awesome and hilarious because a) paranoia and government secrets, yay! and b) all the bad shit happens to Reid. Always. As soon as I read the episode description (anthrax blah blah blah puts a member of the team ( Read more... )

happy rambling, pointless (really pointless), random

I'm glad I'm not the only one. As much as I love the banter between Garcia and Morgan, I'm pretty much convinced at this point that it's all a cover. The Hotch thing scares and confuses me. I mean, what. No. Nooooo.

What do you mean 'accurate enough'? This is about as accurate as it gets. It's like the writers don't have a complete episode unless Reid is insulted or abused somehow.

I do too. After the whole "Garcia" thing, I could've sworn that they were going to get together. So much for that. :(

Yes, because the Reaper wanted to get Haley out of the way. Obviously. Wtf, guys. No.

Pfft, didn't even register that. Your icon is rather hilarious, in retrospect. Morgan's such a nice guy.

Reid is the pretty boy, isn't he. I MIGHT HAVE TO WATCH THIS SERIES. HOW OFTEN DOES HE GET BANGED (UP).

One of the characters often refers to Reid as "pretty boy." Which he is. He's also a genius whose schizophrenic mother is played by Jane Lynch. No, but the series is pretty awesome. I think the writers enjoy fucking up his life. It's kind of depressing. There's a two parter where he gets kidnapped by a serial killer with MPD/DID/whatever the DSM-IV calls it. Not to mention the countless times that he attempts to talk a serial killer into putting down the gun and turning him/herself in.

Sure, some of the episodes are completely implausible, but they're good nonetheless. You should really watch the show. Though a lot of the episodes end with a punch in the gut, let me tell you.
