This makes me livid. The corruption of our insurance industry never fails to absolutely repulse me.

Why do they even have the right to suggest that?! WOW! Along with the story that the insurance company wouldn't cover the 'fat' baby, my brain explodes. Wow.

It also goes to back to how our society views children as expenses and burdens instead of blessings and, ya know, HUMAN BEINGS.

While I agree that there is a large portion of our society which views children as expensive burdens, I'm not entirely sure this is applicable here. What's more at issue is the fact that a corporation is trying to infringe upon her rights to have children in the future because they would find her not profitable to insure. You have a conflicting set of rights. Surely the business has the right to seek profitability, if not, what's the point of being in business? And surely that woman has the right to bear children in the future. Just boils down to an ugly situation where that woman's just shit out of luck ( ... )

Its all about the money and its sick, the companies don't care about people its all about what can they do to make a profit.
