I was thinking about this in one of my classes (one in which I'm a student) tonight--noting the number of times I let males speak...
My contribution, I think, is that I'm going to get my students to do some Wiki editing (I hope).
It's an interesting perspective shift to think of this as "sharing resources." And, go you! Go forth and revise!
