That is a rough night...How is she feeling now? I hope all is going well. Being a Mommy is wonderful though isn't it...even despite all the fun! I love you, goodluck!
Oh, things are great. She just had a huge pocket of air in her tummy, apparently... right underneath a whole lot of milk! So when she burped, it all came up! She's done it before (and almost always at her first early morning feeding
( ... )
Oh awesome, I deleted my response! Here's take two!
I have had several nights like that one!
A tip on the bottles, Kiersten wouldn't take anything either till we tried MAM bottles (babies r us or online elsewhere) that are pre-squished as a baby would do when breastfeeding. (Then once she tried these she'd no longer breastfeed, but at this point i'm quite happy with that!)
That's really interesting, because the only pacifiers she'll take are the MAM ones in the same shape!
She used to like Avent bottles, but when we stopped using them for a few months she just wouldn't take them anymore. She'd just not eat for seven hours - without crying or whining, she'd just be really hungry when I got home...
I think we'll try those! Thanks for the tip!
By the way, all of your videos of Kiersten walking are adorable. Felicity's isn't anywhere near that stage yet, but she's finally scooting... backwards, of course. =) Eric was walking at 9 months, but it took me until 14 months, so I'm guessing Felicity will be somewhere in between.
