Ugh, yesterday was non stop calls all day.  Busy is fine, but without a small lapse or break you feel like you're not getting anything done.  Today is more of the same.  Not sure why our call volumes picked up so much, but starting to think they need more people in our group to help.  I have several duties I"m supposed to do above and beyond calls

Move to the night shift. You'll get fewer calls then I bet. (Although more will be from overseas users)
