I hate it when I can't help

Last Friday, fresh back from the Tech Boot Camp that the state of GA was nice enough to send me to (no sarcasm there - beautiful area, nice facilities, good food, and very friendly folks, I enjoyed myself), I got a patron asking for some help.

When you can't help, that is The Worst. The guy needs actualfax services, but those are so hard to find for adults. If you're a kid with LD, all kinds of laws and regs come into effect, but adults are on their own. We have a few students in our classes who just don't learn, and after they've gone through the program there's nothing else we can do about it.

I hope he finds a solution. One that doesn't involve harassing other patrons.

*hugs* That sounds like a really tough situation to be in for both you and your patron. I hope he can find something to help him.
