Heero didn't think much of it when Duo, in his attempt to get his hair back under control after a night of pleasurable exercise, broke not one, but two hair ties. He was even a bit amused at the muttering that resulted, flavored as it was with hints of Duo's street-rat vocabulary coming out of hiding.

Duo is not a slow individual. And he does tend to go with his intuition.

Heero, on the other hand, just went along with it to make Duo happy, because that's what he does. (Being able to spend all day cuddling in bed with Duo was, of course, just a side-effect of reassuring Duo after he was reminded of the trauma of that day. He wasn't doing it because he loved having an excuse to spend all day in bed with Duo without feeling like he should be doing something productive with his day off. Really.)

Thank you! I'm glad you enjoyed it. I don't get a lot of chances to just sit and write something light and fluffy like this very often, so it was fun!

Great fic, thank you for sharing. Duo's Bad Day is one of my favourite bits of Ion.

Better late than never! I'm just glad you found it.

Duo's Bad Day is one of my faves too... it's partly because of how over the top it is, the humor, and because it shows how much he has healed since the Belt, physically and emotionally. I'm glad you enjoyed my little ficlet!
