A short ship manifesto

I found nothing in the rules against this so I'm going to presume what is not forbidden is thus allowed. A version of this was also posted on my Tumblr a couple of weeks back and I'm kind of proud of it so I'm going to share it here as well ( Read more... )

Thank you for the recs! It's so exciting to discover an author I haven't read yet.

And nice manifesto. You should consider turning it into a post for het_reccers next time they do a Ship Manifesto Challenge. Convert people to this excellent ship!

Sorry for the lateness of this. I'm glad that I could point you in a direction of a new writer and thanks for bringing het-reccers to my attention. Too bad I missed the latest challenge but I might still post those recs on their own.

This is great. You've brought up a lot of good points that I wish they had taken account when they were writing the show. Hey, you know that scene in "Gauntlet" with Rush and Chloe in the math hallway? Do you think you could write a smutty au addation to that? Maybe with them already being in a relantionship at this point, just so Chloe isn't cheating on Matt just before she becomes Sleeping Beauty? Pretty please?

Well, I do believe that if the show wasn't cancelled, Rush and Chloe would have eventually ended up together :D

I do have this writing project in mind, based on one of my first experiences with fanfiction. 10 years ago, I stumbled upon fanfiction when searching for SG-1's Sam and Jack pictures. One author had this "What Should Have Happened" series, which was basically a series of episode-based lemon one-shots. I was thinking of doing something similar. I have drafts for Light, Time, Justice, Space, Divided and Faith already outlined and your prompt fits right in. I'll get to writing soon.
