That is the biggest bunch of bullshit I've ever read.
So do me favor, quit pretending that the world is out to get you, climb out of your despair and remember that you have friends who love you very much, and that you only ever need to reach out your hand and I will be there to hold it. I might not be able to fix it, but I'll be there.
Quit pretending that you're better off as an island. If you don't acknowledge that you need people, they stop trying to be there.
You're too smart to really believe any of that shit. Maybe you shouldn't put your trust in "The Man" (so to speak), but what the fuck are we friends for if that's the way you want to live your life?
