I picked up my new glasses today! Black DKNY's with purple accents... and boy are they sharp! - I was walkin' around afterwards thinkin' ... Oooh I CAN SEE, I CAN SEEEEEEE! Was really about time I upgraded my prescription; I'd had my old one for about 4 years.

And your poor finger! Hope it heals up good. Those sharp lil blades always make the worst type of cuts.

I hope so too - preferably quickly! Ya never realise how useful a damned thumb is until you can't really use it anymore! Band-aids are a bit of a lifesaver until you wash your hands a couple of times and they fall off... waterproof my ass!!!!

Damn right, they always bleed like hell!!! I just wish these band-aids were actually waterproof like they claim to be! lol... so annoying when you need to wash your hands!

She even has one bung eye like me - happens to be the same eye too... lol... was the first thing I noticed when I went to pick little baby Harriet up - one eye shows far more white than the other! Perfect, we iz twinsies!

haha, me too! The guy who does my eye tests is always trying to sell me contact lenses and I'm always saying, 'no really, it's okay, I don't mind wearing glasses...' and he's like, 'well, contacts are just much easier and you don't have to worry about bulky eyeglasses'

... hmmm, well I think glasses are actually much easier because you don't have to worry about putting contacts in and taking them out! LOL, how can popping on a pair of glasses be difficult? XD I never quite see his 'logic' right there. I think glasses are fun!
