Yeah, I think it's silk! Very Marquis... if only it had a bit of velvet too. But he'd be chuffed with silk too I imagine! hehe.

Oui - that was me. I love Laura's portrait of the Marquis on the antique secretary (adorned with quills in a vase) next to the oval window of our boudoir! Depraved French is definately my style... Harz!
