I haven't been sick in over 2 years, and I get sick right before my first Balboa Competition! What rotten luck!

I even thought about not going because I didn't want to get anyone else sick. But I was told that I wasn't contageous... But how does one know if they're contageous or not?

contagiousness:
Well, it depends on what sickness you have.
For Colds the incubation period is around 2-5 days, and there is no way of knowing if you are contagious, but when your coughing and sneezing you definatly are. the contagiousness subsides the later into being sick you are- its real fresh right at first though.
