I really don't know where to go from here, other than to yet again try to pick up the pieces of my life.  Things have really spiraled out of control.  I still have such a self-loathing deep down that I know that I have to work through it if I'm ever to get my life in order again.  Finishing college truly left me depressed - and I can finally admit
