Zara has been making preliminary patterns for all of the clothes for Cyrano's play, but she still needs to do measurements on the cast. So she is waiting in Bedwyr's house, sitting at the table with cloths spread across it, waiting for people to arrive and get fitted.

Anybody else who happens by is welcome to come in and get sworn at.

Locke wanders in, almost aimlessly, but still with a vague saunter to his gait, and leans against the doorframe. "I suppose I should be looking for you, shouldn't I?"

Because we're just going to assume he heard about this somehow?

Well, Cyrano supposedly notified the players. :D

She looks up at him with a highly suspicious expression. "You one of them?"

A half a grin and a shrug. "Apparently."

"Take y'shirt off and let me measure y', then. What's your bit?"

Ganymede comes, looking apprehensive at best. He rather doubts this will end well.

She looks up from the table when he comes in. "Good. Which one are you?"

[dukes_daughter]

"Ganymede, good lady."

[russet_goddess]

"No, I mean what's y'r part," shortly.

Cyrano's hunted - and fished, and traded some verses for bread, and here he is, with half of what is due, and a crooked smile for Zara.

Bah. Zara hates being smiled at. She scowls fiercely at him through the crack she's opened the door to. "Here, are y'?"

"So it seems, Zara," he says, non-plussed and almost amused. "Will this buy a playwright passage?" He holds up a large fish, fresh from the day, gutted and ready to be prepared.

Ugh. She hates people who call her by her name. XD
