Perhaps some asphyxiation play involving him and his scarf? I'd prefer if it was him doing it to himself, or an unnamed character doing it to him (I'll always be bitter we know nothing about his wife cos I want to be with herrrrr), but just. Him getting his rocks off to being choked with his own cute little scarf.

I just want to see a scenario where Izaya and Kasuka spend time together and find themselves getting along surprisingly well after actually getting to know each other. The only other important thing is that they stay in character - I don't want to see their fundamental personality change for the other or as a result of the relationship.
(for example: I don't want to see a blushy or aggressive Kasuka. He shouldn't be trying to "contain his emotions under an apathetic mask" either - his blank face isn't faked but a fundamental part of his character. Maybe Izaya's just good at reading his emotions. And If you think about Izaya's friendship with Shinra, Izaya's still very much the piece of trash we know and love, it's just the minor acts like Shinra being the first he calls when he gets stabbed, or making Nakura's life miserable. I want it to be more reminiscent of that)

- Since Kasuka's the exact opposite of Shizuo, Izaya thinks it'd be interesting to see how it'd be to interact with the Anti-Shizuo, basically
- Izaya doesn't taunt Shizuo with his acquaintance/friendship/relationship with Kasuka because he values that relationship (although he doesn't admit it)
- They're both wealthy, smart, and recognizable to the public eye. This leads to interesting choice in hang-outs or dates they'd go on in order to avoid places that Shizuo/paparazzi/enemies/etc would find them.
