Long long time ago my mother taught me:"Think before you speak". This lesson was later reinforced by several really good political science professors. This concept lies at the very core of what I do. I rehearse majority of my important conversations. I have scenarios for a dozen different situations, from spontaneous love confessions to being fired

I suppose bummed is a very apt description. Mostly its just tired though. Sometimes you kinda take a step back and realise just how much stuff you are doing, and then you realise you are supposed to be tired :)
