You can consider picking up a little mod called "Instant Health" which reads the combat log to update health for unit frames and any third party health frames like grid. This updates faster than Blizzard's refresh speed for health on all unit frames. With fast reflexes, this can get your heals in before others in reactionary healing situations ( ... )

Do you actually enjoy alliance? I can't imagine doing it different from their side as much as I mock them now...though dranei totems look so much better.

It's taken me about 4 months to convince our guild to allow a buddy of mine to go prot full time. you'll probably get a lot of 'pallies tank adds' type stuff, but if you're prepared to fight it out you'll get your chance and shine ( ... )
