Yeah I've played Fallout 3 from start to finish. When I first got the game I made my character so badly that it actually impacted on my enjoyment. I stopped playing it and decided to plan out a character before going back. A few months later the itch to play it once more kicked in and I sat in front of various websites with a pen and paper and planned out a direction to go in. While doing this, I got seduced with the idea of leveling a Death Knight tank and, once again, Fallout was put on the backburner. Finally, a few months later, I played it from start to finish.
I will say with some regret that I haven't done absolutely everything in the game. I'm not someone that keeps multiple saves and my character is unfortunately at the point of no return right at the end of the main story. I will continue playing it but as the privilege to do so will cost me £9.99 it's toward the bottom tier of my mental list.
Where did you import Demon's Souls from? There's plenty out there i know, but if you have a place you can recommend.
I agree on the FFXIV thing, i think people like you and i playing on US servers (or timezones) in both FFXI and WoW for so long need a break this time around!
I bought mine from eBay so I don't really have a shop in particular to recommend. Honestly, most places these days are above board, just be careful if an offer looks too good to be true from a company you don't trust (and doubly so if they're Asian).
They confirmed the servers won't be segregated, so don't see what purpose splitting timezones would serve. I personally welcome the 24/7 server activity that world servers bring. (And EST is where it's at anyway!)
God I love Bayonetta. Story kind of sucks, and some of the cutscenes are less than memorable, but the gameplay is just beyond fantastic and completely makes up for it.
Thanks to the PS3 update allowing you to install to your HD and basically eliminate the inconvenient load times, this is one of the few games I actually gave a second and will likely give a third (That's a new one) play through.
Totally agree with your view of Bayonetta, it's like, it's a good game, but yet, the atrocious loading time aside, somehow it wasn't the most enjoyable.
Maybe see you again in FF14, but I'll be in JST as before, and will be playing very very casually ~
