Don't you hate it when you pour your heart out in a piece of writing and you get a bad grade? It's such an awful feeling. Not that my story was bad, she just didn't understand it. Which I can comprehend because it wasn't written for her exactly. Oh well

Did you explain to your teacher how you feel about the paper?

if you feel good about the paper and about what you've written explain it to the teacher. If this is the paper I'm thinking about it might not have fit the assignment, and even if this is the case, still go talk to your teacher and just let her know that either you didn't really understand the assignment, or that that was the strongest thing you felt about that was closeely related. and teachers are jerks, so she'll probably just say "you should have brought this to my concern before you got the grade" or whatever and then you should just tell her "Shut Up Bitch nothing is this retarded in College!"

Haha yeah. I talked to her a little bit about it. She said it was a great story but the way I wrote it, it was more for that person and not so much for the reader. I sort of disagree but she's letting me re-do it so I'll just change it a little to make my grade go up.
