Oh, the plotty mcplot plot develops and grows. I love the little hooks and mysteries you weave into the very weft of the story... who exactly is Sara's intended? What happened the last time nethicite entered Archades? Why does Penelo have nethicite on her?

And of course... how exactly will Larsa greet his new visitor after he realizes who she is? Will we be getting some sort of "hot damn you've grown" moment between the two of them? I live in hope. ;) ♥

So far I'm liking this very much. Larsa the young widowed Emperor, dealing with having given up his beloved daughter; Penelo the sky pirate (and I must say I didn't see the Penelo/Balthier coming, but you make it work well) taking a break from her life of crime in the city -- and of course I have to wonder if the possibility of seeing Larsa wasn't at least in the back of your mind. It's a fascinating possible future for the characters, one that fits nicely. You have definitely left me wondering what will happen next and I look forward to finding out!
