Jesus fuck. I'd be freaked out to see ONE of those records in the stores around here. Well, except the Pere Ubu, which is floating around all over.

Ramones or Black Sabbath, even? What amazes me is that it took several years to find a second-hand "Sweetheart...." (well, at my age, all sweethearts are second-hand....but you know what I mean).

Okay, well the Cars LP, the Black Sabbath, "Raw Power" (the recent reissues, not the originals, any of that stuff around here is incredibly hard to find, and often WAY overpriced). But even the Ramones are amazingly scarce here.

FU played with the Hunches in Portland this past February. They were fuckin awesome. I truly regret not picking up their record when I had the chance.

ps. Don't go broke buying records, hey?!

Oh yeah, like that time you guys came all the way out here and didn't bother playing the big city in your own country?

But yeah, Hunches are great!

Did you listen to the Carbonas "Frothing" EP yet? If not be sure to listen to a good chunk of the other records first as you minght not be so inclined after listening to that EP. It took me forwever to get a copy of the Sweetheart of the Rodeo LP as well. Have you heard the 2xCD (I think it is a double)? Are the extras worthwhile? (TH)

I really, really like the EP-- are you saying the LP is actually better???

I guess I wasn't clear, I was attempting to say that putting the Carbonas "Frothng" EP on might end up keeping your turntable occupied for a long time and dust collecting on the other records you purchased. The EP is far better than the Carbonas LP.

Haha, cool-- but damn, that EP is far better than pretty much everything!
