I am just curious how they got him our of there after he suffocated to death, with no visible exit. Hell, he couldn't find it, it must have taken them hours...

On a side note - I wonder if they had extra groundskeepers on-hand, who pretended to lower the casket into the ground by means of invisible ropes?
