It's 9pm and I'm up at the lab working on my seminar. Geeze, I hope this goes well. I'll practice today, tomorrow, and then present it to Jim on Friday. he's just gunna have to like it. I'd like to be well prepared b/c i have a virology exam the day before. Sigh. I'm so screwed.

So my cells crapped out and comitted suicide. Their protein expression is all sorts of messed up and changing drasticly. Their transcription activators are not following the path that we would expect them to with the protein expression (any of the protein expressions). 5-7 inches of rain over the next 48 hours... fuck me.

So I passed biochem. I got a C. It's not a good grade, but it's passing. Now I have to work super hard to counter that C with an A. i need a B averae to stay in the program. Man, I'm so whiped out with school. I'm so tired all of the time and I'm getting fat. Grad school is bad for my health.

I got a B in Immunology! Huray for finishing my first grad class at a real college. :) I think I'll call vicki today.

School sucks. I really want to get a job. I feel so useless.

I hate this fucking place.
