When it's clear enough here, I always find myself looking up and looking for the Dippers. Of course, I'm always looking for them higher in the sky than they are because of all the times I've laid out in my aunt's yard in Phoenix. They appear lower in the sky here in the Seattle area and you would think I would know that by now but nope.
Oh, look it's clear this morning. Ooh stars! Okay, let's find the Dippers. *Looks straight up* Wait, where are they? They're so easy to find. Oh yeah. Lower. Lower. Ah! There they are!
Every single time!
And you know what's really cool? When Mars is close and bright enough that you can see a red tinge to it when looking at it.
