Happy Easter weekend everyone!

Recently my class went on a field trip to Seattle. Our assignment: to capture the culture of Seattle. There's this great little restaurant on Hastings St in Burnaby called "Vita Bella", and they make a pumpkin and chocolate ganache cheesecake that is literally the best thing I have EVER tasted. *gurgle*

!!! I was in Cheesecake Factory the other night! My favourite has got to be their keylime cheesecake~~~ ...Although that's probably the only one I've ever had from them... XD;;; 3 times already XD;;; ...I should really try the other flavours but I just love their keylime so much XDDD

I like the classics; a plain strawberry cheese cake dripping with highly sweetened strawberry preserves and an unsweetened whip cream to balance the taste X3
