It's a pretty funny system over here, there are no A, B, or C marks, its 1st class Honors, 2nd class grade 1 honors, 2nd class grade 2 honors, 3rd class honors and a pass.

1st Honor = A+ (70-100%)
2nd class grade 1 = A (60-69%)
2nd class grade 2 = B (50-59%)
3rd class = B-/C (45-49%)

To get into a Phd program you need minimum 2nd class grade 1 but to get into a masters program you need minimum 2nd class grade 2,

A pass is 40%

Aha, you're still an undergraduate. We had the same system when I was doing my degree - for some reason I thought you were doing a masters already.

My exams next week require me to get 50%; there's no recognition for anything higher.
