Babies are amazing! Seriously, one minute they are inside of you, breathing amniotic fluid and the next minute they are outside of you, the size of a watemelon, breathing air. How do they do it? And could we ever go back to such a state of breathing liquid? And really, when you look at the size of the kid in your arms, I would would wonder "How did this fit inside of me and how did my organs survive?" But the most amazing thing is that this person you've housed for 9 months is perfectly made the way God intended and that your little one has a future ordained in His kingdom. I'm so happy for you guys!
