Victorian boots; space boots

 I just bought a second pair of mass market produced Betsey Johnson Victorian boots.  OK, they're by a designer but they're at major dept stores and unlike my last pair, they aren't made to measure.  They're also a fraction of the price, of course, though they still aren't cheap.  They might actually look slightly nicer than my current ones, though

I ended up buying a pair of both the bright pink ones and the black ones of the Betsey Johnson Magenta-y boots (got really good deals on them at Betsey Johnson store that I go to, they tracked down and transferred pairs in for me). They are great! I had been eying them for awhile, your review post over on the costumes community was very helpful in convincing me to go ahead and buy them.
