Its great to see this group doing so well! I'm sorry I haven't posted for a while-I have had a busy summer, and am now fully back in England-trying to get a job and applying to drama schools! Everything is very hectic

hey there! god I am soooo envious you got to see her..she is amazing isn't she! How are you doing..what have you been up to? Well I was taken..by my gal as a surprise to see Fosse and it was amazing. However..percussion 4 was a joke..I had to show my gal the dvd later and after that she agreed! god I got all tearful as I thought I would never get to see it..as it closed in London a couple of yrs ago..but then it came to Birmingham and all was well! I'm being taken for my birthday to see Ute Lemper who I love...now there was some healthy rivalry between her and Ruthie..a couple of yrs ago in Chicago ( by the way do you or anyone else agree that nothing would ever compare to there performance in that show..in opinion it has gone down hill since then and don't get me started on Denise Van Outen and the film!)with Ute winning the Olivia (apologies if that is not how it is spelt). Now I have always seen Weils stuff as a Ute thing..and I'm wondering how her and Ruthie compare on this one?

I actually don't know that much about Ute except from hearing her on the Chicago cast-I thought she was great! Also I definately agree that Ruthie and Ute's performance in that show was by far the best-I mean what are they thinking casting Jennifer Ellison in it!!!! I also loved Ruthie's performance as Velma though. I must try and listen to Ute doing Weil-then will be able to compare. have to say i'll probably be byast!

hey and there is nowt wrong with that;) Is there a recording out of Ruthie doing Weil? and hey Fosse is on dvd so you don't have to miss the show!
