As some of you may know, Dave and I have been trying to buy a house (technically it's a flat, but hey...). This saga has been going on for over 9 months now but at last an end is in sight - we exchanged contracts on Monday and are set for completion next Tuesday - 27 April (this mean getting the keys, for those uninitiated in the house buying
