thanks to those who wished me well on the car sitch. i was towed by the city due to a street sweep. APPARENTLY, they send out notices in the mail. Well our post guy puts bulk mail in a stack for all the apartments and I never look at it. And there were no signs. SO YEAH. $40 ticket for that plus $178 towing fee.
