Im about to embark on a week long rowing training extravaganza in oakridge tenn. i may come back more grizzled than ever before with a little less skin on my hands and few more calouses and most likely alot of funny tan lines. pray for my teamates and I that we don't kill each other

part of our uniform (and all around good idea when dealing with water) are some h2o "repellant" spandex. i got these crayons you can draw with in your shower and as of late i been jotting stuff down so when i take a shower i can just read it over and over because ya know, your in there everyday (sometimes) may as well study right? i've learned some swedish and biology with this methond. for some reason drawing out a skeleton and labeling it helps me ( Read more... )

today is my first day on the job and I'm really nervous, its just a grocery store and its trader joes which is really laid back and everyone there was really friendly and acted like idiots (in the good funny way) but its still intimidating, really its just no fun being that guy that has no idea whats going on or how to do your job.. yet....eek.
