woke up this morning at 5 am with a searing pain in my lower back, i tried all the cracking remedies but none of them helped, only to lay on the floor, so i slept there for the night. woke up and the pain was still there so i called into work and went to the chiro. they took some xrays and observed my back and the dude tells me i have subluxations ( Read more... )

thats me! i got my glasses and i feel like i live in a fishbowl. this is going to take some getting used to, vertigo whenever you turn your head...but im all entirely too happy with them! no more blood shot eyeballs for me...OOo saucey saucey!

A fishing buddy to go fishing on the riverwalk banks, as gross as that river is, i just think its a good excuse to sit outside, of course throwing the fish, if any are caught, back into the river where they can happily grow a third eye or other body part. then maybe feeding some ducks or geese too. got alot of stale cereal that needs to be tossed ( Read more... )
