Ok, so the mother in law came and went, and now there's more stuff in my house and in my storage unit. I have some 'antique' furniture... I dunno. And yes, good deal on the pool and solar for sure. Probably I mentioned that I've been tempted by that before too - people are eager to remind me that many European countries where it's popular are even farther north than Detroit is. But lots of trees here.
Glad you enjoyed the Mac experience... I had a G5 that I tried several years ago just to balance things out (don't knock it 'til ya try it, right?) but in the end didn't have enough use for it vs. the PC. But it is a kind of enjoyable interface for what it is... even if it doesn't exactly bring back the nostalgia of the early monochrome Macintosh, or the green-and-magenta graphics thrills of the Apple II. :)

I like my light BMW F650GS enduros (picked-up another one at Copart very cheap), but I don't think they'd be comfortable on a long ride, say to Alaska. I'd kind of like to do that at some point, if I could figure out a way to bring dogs on a bike tour.
