i just got home from work to find out that one of my really good friends and my first actual love had her father die last night in a fire. he was in a wheel chair and was unable to escape the apartment in which he lived. please if you could keep my friend Jill and her family in your prayers. thank you

well this morning i woke up completly unable to move my right leg... it hurts so bad. it is the worst pain i have ever felt even worse than when my face was shattered. i dont have a clue what is wrong with it. i jammed it into the ring from the top rope. i hope it gets better fast...
