"Errare humanum est, persevare diabolicum!"

A simple lesson they seem not to teach in the US, among so many others. Bush? Please... =)

hey i used to talk to ya a long ass time ago on yahoo... nonetheless... i voted for bush... Not cause i liked bush, nor cause im republican... i voted bush because i am anti-Kerry... John Kerry claim to have a plan... however he could never quite explain the plan in any way that would of been plausible... second... Kerry has no foreign policy experience... third... Kerry cant seem to make up his damn mind on anything... fourth... Kerry wants to minimise the military... AND bring the troops home ... bring the troops home to WHAT JOBS? ... also, i live in a VERY military area... if you cut the military, thats less people getting paid, and those who are getting paid get less on military pay day.... all of the local retail businesses rely on miltary pay day to make goals... which means less military pay day... less jobs for us, less pay for us... im not about to get paid less cause some asshole has beef with the military ( ... )

I DO realize that Kerry may not have been the best candidate either, I never said he was... But in MY opinion I would much rather have my friends who are over in Iraq right now come home to no jobs, than to not ever come home again... The economy will always be a problem... regardless if we are at war or not... but what you are saying, to me, it sounds like your idea of a good solution to the economic problems is to go to war... God, I hope you never run for office...
Also, do you really think who wins in 2008 is really gonna matter to bush??? NO, he has nothing to loose... therefore he wont pull out... like I said... just wait and see...

1) even if kerry won it would be impossible to just "pull" all the troops... cause if we did... the people we helped in iraq would be fucked... the terrorists would feel like they won and can walk all over us... there could be more 9/11 style attempts after that....
2) if it were and option of right now going to war or not... then it would be a different story... my economic solution is not going to war ... we already are at war... my economic solution is not to cut funding and jobs to the military at home... that just makes sense
3) i never said bush cares about 2008... i said the republican party... but i doubt bush is gonna get out of the politics game in 08... so if he wants to be reelected as say maybe gov of texas again... hes gonna need the republican party's support... so he doesnt wanna piss em off... its the republican party that cares about 2008 ...
4) in the more comicial sense... loose? i dont think bush is that loose... haha hes too anti gay... hahaha
