Quantum Mechanics Made Very Very Easy:

I have always been very interested in modern physics and perhaps especially in Quantum Mechanics but couldn't seem to my head around it. Fortunately Prof. Scott Aaronson gave a series of lectures at Waterloo which really helped clear things up.

First, why is it that many people find quantum mechanics hard to understand?

I really like Aaronson's explanations of things. The "interruptions from the audience" that he includes really help, too.

In general giving lectures really helps you think about a topic I've found.

Thanks for posting this! My original reasons for leaving Physics were that the curriculum seemed very silly if goal is actually to understand stuff.
