i can't remember the last time I felt this sick. I got my period last night for the first time since october (runners don't get it as often). & my periods are always horrible. they're longgg, HEAVY, and cause so much pain to my lower back. plus I have a cold. & my grandma & grandpa got a new doggie from the Humane Society the other day. Shes 2, & a lab & beagle mix. Shes soooooo playful & I CAN GO ON RUNS WITH HER!! how exciting.  =)
