Oh. My. Goodness.

So many thanks to everyone, and especially to thesteppyone, I really enjoyed all the drabbling - as always - and not just because I won.

I nearly went out, twice, after all, and maybe1ce averaged an absolutely blinding position of 2.2 to my 3.55 !

I decided on Quidditch, because my opponent was American, and would be at a disadvantage when made to write about British sport... of course, 95% of our readers are also American, which rather put her back at an advantage, and she could have had Ginny playing for France and bewitched her fans... which she didn't, but she did manage loads of Quidditch innuendo, which is my favourite, and she scored better on my prompt than on hers!

I also scored higher on her prompt than my own, which is fascinating - I wonder if being challenged brings out anything extra?

Her prompt was Defining Moment, and she did indeed write about a defining moment in their relationship - I dropped English in 1979 and I promise I wasn't being a tit or trying to be flash when I saw Defining Moment as physics...

Congratulations, Shoc, for a well-earned victory. I was eating your dust the whole time in this round, your drabbles obviously connected very strongly with the readers! And, if you dropped English in 1979, that tells me that we had an All-Old-Lady Final, which rocks. Them whippersnappers don't know from sexy redheads, I say
